: Polis Kelantan terus memperketatkan kawalan sempadan Malaysia-Thailand di negeri ini sepanjang musim kemarau dalam usaha membanteras aktiviti penyeludupan susulan air Sungai Golok mulai kering sejak beberapa hari lepas.

Beliau berkata tindakan tegas akan dikenakan terhadap mana-mana individu yang cuba menyeberang sempadan secara haram susulan air cetek di sungai berkenaan. “Kalau hendak masuk ke kawasan sempadan mesti ada permit yang sah sama ada naik kereta atau motosikal,“ katanya dalam sidang media selepas menyaksikan majlis serah tugas di Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen Kelantan, di sini hari ini.
