Police have swooped on a general election count in Glasgow after concerns were raised over alleged ballot 'fraud'. The concerns related to three alleged cases of voter fraud, with police descending on the Emirates Arena in Glasgow at around 11.20pm on Thursday evening.Police Scotland are now said to be investigating, with three ballots removed by police in what appear to be evidence bags.

A spokesman for the council said: "Over the course of the day we have received four reports of potential personation at polling places.
