An 18-year-old Surrey man was gunned down in Fraser Heights
Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has a released a photo of a car they believe was involved in a weekend shooting that left an 18-year-old Surrey man dead.
Mounties arrived at the scene to discover a male suffering from gunshot injuries. The victim, who has still not yet been identified, died at the scene.
