A woman has been hospitalised with head injuries after she fell from a balcony following an alleged assault in Sydney.
Police are investigating after a woman fell from a balcony following an alleged assault at an inner Sydney unit complex.
When officers arrived at the complex, they were told a woman had allegedly fallen from an upper level into a courtyard on the ground floor, but was able to walk away from the scene. A 31-year-old woman was found nearby on George Street by a member of the public who raised the alarm to emergency services.
