Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a high-risk missing senior. Penelope Stevens, 82, is described as white, 5-foot-5 with a medium build.

Penelope Stevens, 82, is described as white, 5-foot-5 with a medium build. She has wavy white hair and was wearing a purple sweater and a red “cross-body” purse and may have a black jacket.

Stevens has a medical condition which may result in her becoming confused and unaware of her surroundings. She was last seen in James Bay at 11 a.m. on Saturday. If you see Stevens, police suggest you stay with her and call 911. If you have information about where she may be, call 250-995-7654 extension 1.
