Rolfe was charged over the alleged armed robbery of a white Isuzu MU-X that was involved in the crash.
A 65-year-old man who died while driving the car with Satterley may have been an innocent stranger who picked up the woman, but officers are still investigating.Rafferty Rolfe, 25, suffered head injuries. Gypsy Satterley, 25, was killed in the crash.Police have not yet confirmed whether Rolfe was driving the Isuzu.
"The tragedy is there's three people now deceased, and the ripple effect that has on their families."
