Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives said it was believed the toddler was on a driveway at a rural property in Toolern Vale, when the child was hit just after 11am.Emergency services attended the property on Diggers Rest-Coimadai Road but the child died at the scene. Police said the driver of the vehicle was not injured and was currently assisting authorities with enquiries into the incident.
