East Prince RCMP officers were called to a break-in at the Amherst Cove Consolidated School around 1:20 a.m. Responding officers noted some damage to the building and secured the area while a police dog team searched the building.The man has since been charged with break and enter, mischief and failure to comply with a probation order.
He was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Summerside provincial court on court Jan. 18, 2023.
