Police found the driver of the vehicle had a suspended license and no insurance. Officers then seized the vehicle and ticketed the driver. An arrest warrant has also been issued for Justin Roberts, 34, of Deer Lake, who is wanted on charges of unlawful possession of tobacco, mischief, identity fraud and breach of release order.
