ALOR SETAR: Perikatan Nasional has launched its state election campaign with thousands of grassroots supporters in Kedah.
Members of the Opposition coalition had gathered on Saturday to show their support in the state currently controlled by PAS.
Nurul Amin, who is the Padang Terap MP, shared photos of the rally and a large crowd around the area.“None of them were paid to join the rally, they were not given money, fuel or free T-shirts,” he said. It was reported that although the dissolution dates of the six state assemblies differ, Pakatan, its allies and the Opposition have agreed to hold simultaneous state polls.
