Four houses under construction in Orléans were destroyed in a gas leak explosion.

Twelve people were assessed for injuries by paramedics after the explosion, and six were taken to hospital. Two men were taken to the trauma centre in serious but stable condition, two children were transported to CHEO in stable condition and two other adults were taken to local hospitals in stable condition.Photos by Tony Caldwell/Postmedia
