The department will also soon initiate 'Layover Tours' as part of the Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tours program, which Frasco said 'would make layovers more enjoyable and provide seamless access to our iconic attractions.'The Philippines Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tours program, which started in 2023, allows solo and group tourists to plan fast, self-guided trips using an advanced bus network and a specific smartphone app.
