Philippines Ready to Aid Filipinos Affected by California Wildfires

The Philippine government is prepared to aid its citizens affected by the massive wildfires ravaging southern California. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is working to contact Filipinos in affected areas and has urged them to seek assistance from the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles. While only a few Filipinos have reached out for help so far, the DFA estimates there are over three million Filipinos in California.
