Philippine Red Cross, Security Bank to open COVID19 testing center in Cebu

MANILA - The Philippine Red Cross said Friday it was opening a coronavirus testing facility in Cebu City, which recorded many cases of coronavirus disease 2019 .

"The need for testing cannot be over-emphasized in order to unmask the virus and prevent or control its spread," he said. As of mid-April, the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City is the lone DOH-accredited COVID-19 testing facility in the province.
