Narciso Domingo to surrender and face criminal charges related to the controversial P6.7-billion drug haul in Manila. He has also called on President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to investigate the matter.

Domingo was the leader of an intelligence-driven operation that led to the confiscation of 990 kg. of shabu in October 2022, which also saw the arrest of a rogue anti-narcotics officer, dismissed SSgt. Rodolfo Mayo Jr. The PNP spokesperson was referring to Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Domingo, in his video, also lambasted current and former government officials for the injustice he claims he is suffering from.
