PF Commander Rear Adm. Joe Anthony Orbe graced the ceremony, which marked the formal completion of the SuWCC for 25 officers and the BSuWOC for 48 others. In his remarks, Rear Adm.

Orbe hailed the graduates, expressing optimism as they take on new roles as leaders who are prepared, capable, and unwavering in their duty, emphasizing that the future of the Philippine Navy depends on them. The Fleet Commander then emphasized their guiding principle: Mission First, Family Always, and God Above All.
