Kota Kinabalu: The Concern Filipino Professionals Sabah (CFPS) has called on the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur to expedite the announcement of voter registration in Sabah, to avoid unnecessary delays.

Kota Kinabalu: The Concern Filipino Professionals Sabah has called on the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur to expedite the announcement of voter registration in Sabah , to avoid unnecessary delays.

The group said the majority of eligible Filipinos residing in Sabah are eager to register as voters before the deadline in September. Daily Express Malaysia The CFPS also urged the embassy to promptly issue special passes to Filipinos who have been temporarily detained for violating Malaysia’s immigration requirements.

They believe that this would greatly assist with the scheduled deportation exercises between Sandakan and Zamboanga.
