IPOH, June 28 — A married couple who have been distributing drugs disguised in instant drink packages was arrested after police raided their drug storage at a house in Jalan Medan Ipoh here on Monday.
“Various modus operandi have been used by this couple to avoid being caught by the authorities and the recent one was by packaging the drugs in instant drinks packages,” he told a press conference at the Perak Police Headquarters here this morning. “Police raided the first house on June 26 at around 7.45pm. We seized 8.5 grams of ketamine drugs, eight ecstasy pills weighing about 3.3 grammes, five erimin pills weighing about 1.35 grammes and ecstasy in the form of powder weighing 22.4 grammes.
