US defence chief Lloyd Austin has ordered measures aimed at improving security after a trove of top secret documents leaked online earlier this year, the Pentagon said yesterday. The move follows a 45-day review of Defence Department policies and procedures that Austin ordered after a junior airman allegedly orchestrated the most damaging leak of US classified documents in a decade.
