Peniaga ditahan disyaki pukul warga emas dakwa lemang dibeli mentah

Seorang peniaga lemang ditahan bagi membantu siasatan memukul seorang lelaki warga emas yang mendakwa lemang dibelinya mentah dalam kejadian di sebuah gerai di Jalan Bukit Beruang Utama, di Melaka.

Ketua Polis Daerah Melaka Tengah ACP Christopher Patit berkata kejadian kira-kira 8 malam itu menyebabkan mangsa iaitu pesara tentera berusia 61 tahun luka di bahagian telinga kiri dan tangan kanan kerana terkena serpihan buluh lemang yang dibelah dan dirawat di Hospital Melaka.Beliau berkata sebelum kejadian, warga emas itu datang ke gerai berkenaan untuk menukar lemang yang dibeli pada sebelah pagi kerana didapati masih mentah.
