Jimsal Muhajm, 38, didakwa mengedar 63.74 gram syabu pada 2.30 petang 3 Ogos, di tangga tingkat tiga Blok 3Q, Unversity Utama Condominium, Fasa 3, Manggatal.Bagaimanapun, tiada pengakuan diambil daripada Jimsal, yang hadir di hadapan Penolong Kanan Pendaftar Mahkamah Tinggi Romario Jonoi, yang bersidang sebagai majistret, selepas pertuduhan itu dibacakan kepadanya.
