Hukuman dijatuhkan Majistret Nabilah Nizam selepas tertuduh, Affan Razali, 31, membuat pengakuan bersalah selepas pertuduhan dibacakan jurubahasa mahkamah.

Perbuatan itu dilakukan kira-kira pukul 4.14 pagi di sebuah kedai serbaneka di Jalan Kejora 2A, Taman Perindustrian Tanjung Minyak Perdana dalam daerah Melaka Tengah pada 7 Ogos 2023. Pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Wardah Ishhar memohon hukuman setimpal berbentuk pengajaran dikenakan terhadap tertuduh.

Dakwa tertuduh, dia didorong perasaan tergoda selepas melihat bentuk tubuh badan mangsa dan turut mengakui telah insaf.
