Fr Arthur John melancarkan CHARIS untuk Keuskupan Sandakan, pada Februari 26, 2023 di Katedral St Mary.Keuskupan Sandakan telah melancarkan CHARIS pada Februari 26 lalu di Katedral St Mary. Ia dilancarkan oleh Fr Arthur John, Pembimbing Kerohanian CHARIS, disaksikan oleh perwakilan dari paroki Katedral St. Mary Sandakan, Holy Trinity Tawau, Our Lady of Fatima, Beluran, St Martin Telupid, St Dominic Lahad Datu dan Mission Paitan.
Paderi itu turut mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Penyelaras CHARIS Malaysia, Sdra Anthony Lim yang turut hadir pada pelancaran itu. Majlis Pelancaran CHARIS Keuskupan Sandakan merupakan kemuncak Bengkel Penerangan dan Pelancaran CHARIS yang bermula pada Februari 23.Secara global CCR telah bertapak selama 57 tahun. Di Sabah, ia merayakan ulang tahun penubuhannya ke-19 sejak ditubuhkan pada tahun 1974. CCR Sabah telah dimulakan oleh sembilan orang belia di bawah bimbingan mendiang Fr Tobias Chi.
