NSW Police are investigating a crash along Canley Vale Road after one pedestrian lost their life and another was rushed to hospital for 'suspected fractures' on Wednesday morning.

Emergency services raced to the intersection of Canley Vale Road and Sackville Street at about 6.20am after a crash involving a 4WD was reported.
