Sentences for offences committed in Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Taylor, Tumbler Ridge and areas

- Eric Dale John Capot Blanc was sentenced to time served for assaulting a peace officer with a weapon, assaulting a peace officer, mischief $5,000 or under, failing to appear in court, breaching probation, breaching a release order and two counts of willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Fort St. John. Capot Blanc was in custody for 72 days prior to sentencing.

- Adrian Leonard Carlson was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for failing to appear in court, committed in Kwadacha. - Byron Eric Horne was sentenced to a conditional sentence order of two years less a day and one year probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, committed in Fort St. John.
