Pasay fire victims get assistance from city government

The Pasay City government provided assistance to seven families or 20 individuals who were affected by a fire that hit a residential area on Friday, Feb. 17.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano led the distribution of food packs, hygiene kit, folding beds and towels to the victims.

Rubiano was accompanied by members of the City social Welfare and Development Office who immediately prepared the assistance needed by the fire victims.The Bureau of Fire and Protection said the fire reached the second alarm and was declared under control around 8:00 a.m.
