Umno Supreme Council member Puad Zarkashi says the remark by PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man suggests internal problems in opposition coalition.
Puad Zarkashi said without PAS, which has 43 parliamentary seats, Bersatu would not have won the 18 seats they have now.
Umno Supreme Council member Puad Zarkashi said the claim made by PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man could be indicative that the Muhyiddin-led coalition is facing internal problems. “The claim by Bersatu’s Kuala Perlis assemblyman that there’s unrest in Perlis is, in fact, internal strife within PN related to power-sharing in the state.
“There would be no other way. it would take all Gabungan Parti Sarawak MPs to leave the unity government, as well as at least 10 MPs from Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Harapan willing to resign from their parties and recontest their seats.
