The Parañaque city government distributed Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa cash cards to help small business owners who have been badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to Olivarez, the PPG project of the city government and the Parañaque Livelihood and Resource Management was launched in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry . Olivarez said around 50 or half of the beneficiaries are graduates of training courses offered by PLRM.
