Roque said that “ito po ‘yung sabi – na bigyan – ng Presidente dahil hindi nabigyan ang lahat sa first tranche. Ibibigay na po natin iyan ngayon, kasabay ng second tranche.”“At, siyempre po, ‘yung mga naninirahan sa ECQ na bibigyan pa rin natin ng SAP” which, he said, was about 12 million.In the briefing, Roque said that the small business wage subsidy meant for employees of small and medium enterprises “is not intended as SAP”.
