He noted, however, that the LPA, together with the shear line, will bring overcast skies and scattered rains to Metro Manila, Mimaropa , Bicol region and Calabarzon .
Rains are likewise expected in Batanes, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Ilocos Region due to the northeast monsoon, according to Badrina.Meanwhile, Pagasa said the Visayas and Mindanao will have fair weather with possible isolated rain showers.
