Moderate to heavy rains may possibly cause flash floods or landslides. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms also due to the ITCZ. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may possibly occur. According to PAGASA's heavy rainfall outlook, heavy to intense rains measuring from 100 to 200 mm may be expected in Cagayan and Isabela. Moderate to heavy rains measuring 50 to 100 mm on the other hand are forecast for Apayao, Kalinga, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Palawan, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte today. Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region may have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, with the possibility of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Luzon is also being affected by the Northeast Monsoon, and will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. No significant impact, however, is expected. Coastal waters will be rough to very rough in Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon, and moderate to rough in the rest of Luzon
