In a radio interview last Saturday, Zubiri said amending the 1987 Constitution either through a Constitutional Convention or Constituent Assembly is a waste of time as the Senate does not have the votes. He brushed off suggestions that he would seek an audience with President Ferdinand ‘’Bongbong’’ R. Marcos Jr. on the matter.
