A Scottish rugby fan has gone viral for one of the great vox-pop interviews of all-time, despite Scotland being dumped out of the World Cup.
World No. 1 ranked Ireland defeated Scotland 36-14 and after earlier losing to World No. 3 South Africa, the World No. 5But while the nation was bundled out of the World Cup in the group stages, one Scottish fan has gone viral after chatting with talkSPORT outside the stadium.
“We’ve given it our best shot, we came up short. That’s what it’s about, we came up short, over committing the midfield. Too many spaces round the corners. “I love Ireland, they’re a great team to watch. It’s a blizzard when they’re out there. Firing the pill, they’re in the corners — it’s a blizzard.”
