The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) reports that over 900 individuals required medical attention while participating in religious festivities celebrating the Feast Day of Jesus Nazareno. PRC volunteers and staff provided assistance to 917 individuals, including monitoring vital signs, treating minor ailments, and transporting 30 to hospitals.

There were more than 900 individuals who needed medical attention while attending the religious activities to celebrate the Feast Day of Jesus Nazareno on Thursday, the Philippine Red Cross reported.As of 1 a.m. on Friday, more than 1,000 PRC volunteers and staff were mobilized and were able to serve at least 917 individuals were served with 446 needing vital signs monitoring, 412 needed minor assistance while 9 were treated for major ailments and 30 were transported to hospitals.
