Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel invites guests to embark on an exploration of tastes with an Evening in Misaki – Sake Pairing Dinner at Miyabi.
In collaboration with the Nishimastu Company, Miyabi highlights premium tuna from Misaki’s crystal-blue waters. Curated by Japanese Cuisine Chef, Tetsuya Yanagida, this six-course menu features the union of customary dishes with unique flavours, such as Sanshu Sahimi with Misaki Tuna, King Prawn and Vegetable Tempura with Green Tea Salt, Mini Unagi Yanagawa Don and more. Each course is then carefully paired with a selection of premium sake from Bijofu.
Accompanying you on this culinary adventure is certified sake sommelier, Satoko Suzuki. Satoko-san is master at pairing and tasting the popular Japanese beverage, thanks to their extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. As you set out on a gastronomic journey through Misaki, the sake sommelier will enlighten you about the versatility of sake and its various flavour profiles throughout the evening.

Celebrating the Japanese tradition of “shun,” or seasonal ingredients at their peak, Roku Gin has partnered with six bars to create a medley of mixology collaborations.
