The club will face the Habs three more times in exhibition games. They’ll face off Tuesday at the Bell Centre in Montreal before heading to Eastern Canada for Kraft Hockeyville games in Newfoundland Thursday and New Brunswick Saturday.

Dylan Gambrell, Mark Kastelic, Derick Brassard and Ridly Greig are all in the mix. Kastelic continues to earn the praise from Smith but you wonder if he might need a little more time in Belleville before playing at this level.
“Kastelic continues to impress,” Smith said. “He’s a big guy that can skate and he can get in on the forecheck. He’s one of these guys that just does what the coach asks him. I can’t imagine he’s that much fun to play against so he’s certainly making it really hard for us.”Article content The top four are pretty much a lock with Thomas Chabot, Artem Zub, Travis Hamonic and Jake Sanderson. Veteran Nick Holden will play, too, while the expectation is that Erik Brannstrom and Nikita Zaitsev are battling for playing time.
