The Ottawa Police Services guns and gangs unit is investigating after a shooting on Highway 417 late Friday afternoon.
The incident happened between two vehicles in the eastbound lanes between Greenbank Road and Parkdale Avenue between 4 and 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Police are seeking dashcam video which may have captured a large white GMC Yukon SUV, and have released a photo of a similar SUV. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the guns and gangs unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 5050.
