OSK Ventures appoints founder Ong Leong Huat as non-executive chairman FMTNews FMTBusiness
Ong Leong Huat @ Wong Joo Hwa has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of OSK Ventures International Bhd.
This follows his appointment as non-independent non-executive director from December 2003 to April 2010, and his reappointment to the same role from February 2013 to April 2017. He was also the director of the Malaysian Exchange of Securities Dealing and Automated Quotation from July 1999 to March 2002, and a member of the Capital Market Advisory Council appointed by the Securities Commission Malaysia in 2004.
In a separate bourse filing, the group has also appointed Datametrics Research and Information Centre Sdn Bhd managing director Pankajkumar Bipinchandra as independent director effective today.
