Durham police allege he was posting ads for apartments on Facebook Marketplace in London, Ontario.Investigators say these apartments were never real in the first place.Ghana Ariharan, 27, of Oshawa, was arrested Sunday in the area of Simcoe Street North and Conlin Road.
