Investigators claim a group of people were planning to commit a robbery at the time. Upon getting inside, they were confronted by an occupant.One of the suspects was found dead at the scene. The occupant and a second suspect were arrested.Ali Mian, 22, of Milton, faces one count of second-degree murder.
Romario Clarke, 20, of Oshawa, has been charged with breaking-and-entering and unauthorized possession of a firearm.They were seen fleeing the area what is believed to have been a light-coloured Dodge Charger with a sunroof and black wheels.Jag Virk, the lawyer for the occupant of the house Mian, says he shouldn’t be charged with murder.
