A couple of smartphone brands are expected to launch new phones this month in the Chinese market. Vivo has just confirmed that it will hold a launch event on May 13 to unveil the Vivo X100 Ultra, X100s, and X100s Pro. The Realme GT Neo 6, Meizu 21 Note,Last year, on Nov. 23, both the Oppo Reno 11 series and the Honor 100 lineup made their debut simultaneously in China. This month, it is anticipated that their successor editions will also be introduced in close proximity to each other.
As can be seen in the above screengrab, the Reno 12 lineup will debut first, and the Honor 200 series in less than a week soon after. Unfortunately, the leaker did not mention the exact launch dates for these phones. Reports suggest that the Dimensity 8200 or 8300 chipset will power the Reno 12, while the more potent Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset may power the Reno 12 Pro. On the other hand, the Honor 200 will have the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip onboard, whereas its. However, the Reno 12 models haven’t yet been spotted on Chinese certification platforms.
