Arrests in Loyalist Township
Officers of the Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police have charged two drivers with impaired driving., 2023, at approximately 9:30 p.m., L&A OPP were dispatched to a call for service regarding a male sitting on a vehicle roof while a female was driving in Amherstview. Police located the vehicle and suspects parked at their residence. Officers determined that the female driver of the reported vehicle was showing signs of impairment.
As a result of this investigation, L&A County OPP have charged Nikki CARD, age 30, of Loyalist Township, with:Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugsThe accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on, 2023. The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days., 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m.
As a result of this investigation, L&A County OPP have charged Yesenia VILLADA PAULGARIN, age 26, of Scarborough, with:Class G1 licence holder – unaccompanied by qualified driverDrive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily availableThe accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on, 2023. The accused’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
