Career fairs encouraging students in Grades 7 to 12 to get into the skilled trades are coming to Oshawa this school year.
The new cities with career fairs this year are Oshawa, Hamilton, Windsor, Sault Ste. Marie and Dryden. The multi-day events highlight 144 skilled trades and over 25,000 students will get the chance to learn about the careers through interactive exhibits and hands-on activities while hearing directly from tradespeople and local employers.
