President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared Turkey as the “only winner” as he extended his two-decade rule by another five years after winning the run-off election.
Turkey’s Supreme Election Council declared the 69-year-old won with 52.14 per cent of votes, as 99 per cent of ballots were now counted.after he fell short in the first poll on May 14.
