TYNE VALLEY, P.E.I. — One man is dead, and four people are displaced from their homes after a fire at a Tyne Valley seniors' home on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 2. Tyne Valley fire Chief William Bishop said firefighters responded to the call just before 9 a.m. Four residents escaped without injuries from the six-unit home."The building is pretty well a total loss," said Bishop in an interview with SaltWire Network later that day.Following the fire, arrangements were being made to house the displaced residents.
