Summerside Police Services have charged a driver with driving without due care and attention after a Jan. 3 collision on Pope Road. FileSUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — One driver has been charged with driving without due care and attention following a Summerside collision.In an email to SaltWire Network, Summerside Police Service's Deputy Chief Jason Blacquiere said one vehicle had stopped in traffic waiting to turn when a second vehicle struck it from behind.
