When Wollongong ocean photographer Warren Keelan received an email from Microsoft saying they wanted to license some of his photos to feature on billions of computer screens, the first thing he did was make sure it was not a hoax.

People have been contacting the photographer from around the world after seeing his photos appear on their screens.The deal was done around 12 months ago, but only now have Mr Keelan's images been appearing on computer screens across the world. The images appear with a photographer credit and where the photo was taken in the corner of the screen.
