McIntosh announced the opening of applications for the 2025 Post-Graduate Manaaki Scholarships, aimed at students from disadvantaged backgrounds in Mindanao. Applications are open from February 1 to 28.McIntosh underscored the significance of the scholarships in promoting academic excellence, cultural exchange, and stronger ties between New Zealand and the Philippines.
