Wednesday is here, dearest Strandanians, and with it a new puzzle to solve. I’ve really been enjoying this NYTs puzzle, though I’m not sure if it beats Wordle for me. Then again, I’m sort of a Wordle aficionado. I’ve only missed one in the past . . . two-and-a-half years or so. Strands tends to be a bit more swingy, with some extremely easy grids and others that really test your vocabulary. Let’s solve today’s!is the newest game in the New York Times’ stable of puzzle games.
Not like really good bakery croissants, mind you but a big tray from Sam’s Club. I have mouths to feed! My kids and their friends would eat me out of house and home if I didn’t stockpile. Plus—the zombie apocalypse. You have to be ready! In any case, this was a pretty easy Strands because I have a foodie brain and found SCONE super-fast, and then DANISH and then I went looking for PASTRIES and everything else fell in line.
