NVIDIA launches the new GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards with improved performance and features. The 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, and 5070 models offer advancements in ray tracing and DLSS 4 technology.

NVIDIA has officially announced the GeForce RTX 50-series. The prices in USD are as follows: $1,999 for the RTX 5090, $999 for the 5080, $749 for 5070 Ti, and $549 for 5070. They will be available starting January 30, except for the 5070 and 5070 Ti, which will be released in February. The Founders edition will support PCIe Gen 5 and DisplayPort 2.1b for 8K displays and 165Hz. The 5090 Founders Edition is a bit smaller, allowing for more compact builds.

Space means a lot, and since the 4090 was massive, it’s good to see it in a smaller frame.I like to say I'm a gamer. I play every game out there and have fun. But personally, I had to squint to see any major difference. I'm sure there will be people who will see this and be impressed. Me, I just don't. Does it matter to me if there are extra micro-sized wrinkles in Aloy's pack? No, not to me. I'd be too busy running around, fighting robo-dinos. NVIDIA has promised that RT-intensive games will benefit a lot with the 5090. They have shown a demo of Cyberpunk 2077 that runs at 242 frames per second. Of course, this also depends if the game supports NVIDIA’s DLSS4. Games that only use DLSS 3 will see a smaller boost in terms of performance. But at least even the 40- series will support DLSS 4. What NVIDIA holds dear to the 50- series is the multi-frame generation. This would mean getting more frames; hence, better graphics
